Standard Royal Mail shipping fees apply. Our team works diligently to ensure that your order is carefully packaged and delivered to you in a timely manner.
Returns & Exchanges
At The Legging Lab, we want you to love your purchase. However, if you're not entirely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage. Original shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team via DM on our social media channels within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions on how to return your item. Items sent back without prior contact may not be accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
